Motion Design
My motion design work combines animation, typography, videography, and illustration to create engaging visual experiences. Using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, I explore timing, transitions, movement, and storytelling across projects including logo reveals, kinetic typography, and promotional advertising. I also incorporate hand-illustrated elements throughout my work, allowing me to combine my illustration skills with motion to create unique and visually engaging animations.
Carry the Love Logo Reveal
This logo reveal was created in Adobe After Effects, where I experimented with timing, movement, and visual transitions to bring the logo to life. I designed the animation so that small drops and spheres fly in from different points, building momentum before initiating the final logo reveal. This project allowed me to explore motion, anticipation, and sequencing while creating a dynamic and engaging brand introduction.
Good To Be by Mark Ambor
This kinetic typography video was created in Adobe After Effects using the song “Good To Be” by Mark Ambor, one of my favorite songs. I designed the animation to match the song’s upbeat energy through dynamic typography, hand-illustrated elements, and carefully timed transitions. I illustrated the Mercedes and dime featured in the video and manually masked each transition to create a seamless flow between scenes. This project allowed me to combine illustration, typography, timing, and motion to create a visually engaging interpretation of the song.
Health Halo Ad
For this Health-Halo advertisement project, I was challenged to make an unhealthy food appear healthy through videography, color grading, and animation. I chose a Payday candy bar and reimagined it as a high-protein snack by emphasizing its protein content and presenting it with the visual language of a fitness-focused product. Through intentional filming, color grading, typography, and animation, I experimented with how visual storytelling can influence the way a product is perceived.
