Illustration Design
My digital illustration work focuses on creating detailed, stylized artwork primarily in Adobe Illustrator using the Pen Tool. I enjoy challenging myself to translate real-life subjects into original vector illustrations while exploring shape, form, texture, and composition. Each piece is drawn by hand, allowing me to develop my precision, creativity, and understanding of vector illustration.

Self Portrait
This self-portrait was created entirely in Adobe Illustrator using the Pen Tool, challenging me to translate a photograph of myself into a simplified digital illustration. I focused on shape, line, and layering to capture recognizable features while developing a clean and stylized aesthetic. This project strengthened my understanding of vector illustration and challenged me to create depth and dimension using only carefully constructed shapes.
San Francisco’s Painted Ladies
During my first semester of college, I created a realistic illustration of San Francisco’s iconic Painted Ladies. A few years later, I was challenged to revisit the same subject and reinterpret it in a completely different style. Inspired by my love for San Francisco, I created a more abstract and expressive take on the architecture, incorporating the Golden Gate Bridge to complement the composition. This project allowed me to explore how the same subject can be transformed through different illustration styles while maintaining its recognizable character.
Window Card
Inspired by my love for the beautiful architecture of Venice, Italy, this project explores how print design and illustration can create a beautiful reminder of your trip.
I also focused on the physical presentation of the piece, designing the invitation as an interactive print experience rather than simply a flat composition.
Bhutan Architecture
This poster celebrates the distinctive beauty of Bhutanese architecture through a detailed illustrated composition. I focused on capturing the intricate patterns, traditional structures, and unique visual elements that make Bhutan’s architecture so recognizable. The long-format poster allowed me to experiment with composition and scale while creating a cohesive illustration that highlights the culture and character of Bhutan.
